SPRING BREAK CAMP!

For the 2025-26 school year, we offer full-day camp during AISD’s Spring Break!

Read on for registration information and dates!

Dates & Times:

  • Mon, March 16th - Fri, March 20th (You may sign up for the full week, or you can sign up for individual days)

  • Hours: 8 am - 5:30 pm

Rates:

  • Enrolled After School Families

    • $65/child/day

  • Drop In Families

    • $95/child/day

  • There will be no increase in price for late sign ups, however it is first come first served.

Registration dates and processes:

  • Registration opens on January 15th.

  • The listed cost covers full day care and field trips most days (there might a day or few in which we stay at our facility and do a special project in lieu of an outing)!

  • Kids are divided into groups by age. Most groups will have between 15 and 30 kids, with 15:1 child-to-staff ratios.

  • Parents provide enough snacks and lunch for their child for the day.

  • We’ll send out an email a week in advance of Spring Break with a field trip schedule, group assignment, and all other pertinent info for your family to be prepared for the day!

  • All Fun Days (including Spring Break) are contingent upon enrollment numbers. If not enough families have signed up for any specific day, we will contact those who have signed up at least two weeks in advance, so all families will have ample time to make alternate arrangements.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund; 30-15 days from the date of care receive a 50% refund; 14-0 days cancellations are NOT eligible for a refund.
